Looking for any insider info about Priester Aviation. Did a search but no luck. Anyone know anything about QOL or company info that can't be found on their website? Thanks!

Been around a long time. Started by Charlie Priester who also pretty much built the Chicago Executive Airport (previously called PalWaukee). He is long since retired and they stick mostly to charter these days. They are occasionally in bed with NIFC (northern illinois flight center), which is think call themselves N-Flight these days. They are run by a shady piece of work named Howard Seedorf. If you can stay clear of him, you should be fine. I found Priester to be an otherwise typical 135 operation.

Not the best, not the worst. Not a family run company anymore. Well technically it is but it is starting to be run as a large corp, as in lower employee morale, no Xmas bonus for pilots, etc. They brought in a former EJM manager I think a couple yrs ago and it's starting to show. Charlie's kid Andy now runs the show. Former teacher. Don't think he has much of an aviation background outside of his dad. But many planes crewed by 3 pilots. 2 wk on 1 wk off schedule. On call 8 hrs/day. Not all planes crewed that way, though.
At the end of the day, it's charter with some 91. Depends on your owner if he/she wants to give pilots more than the priester standard for pay, QOL, etc.
**Second hand knowledge**

I just read that Priester may be providing crews for Vistajet's US-based Challenger 350s - just like Jet Aviation is crewing their U.S.-based Global Expresses. Anyone have more details related to these jobs? Salary, schedule, etc.?
