As a twice furloughed UAL guy (guppy both times), I sure hope there is a JCBA in place before they call me. I know I can bypass with the ten year deal, but frankly, I'd be very interested in returning as soon as I was asked IF:
a) the pay was decent (don't want to take a pay cut)
b) they gave me DOH longevity (I shouldn't say "give" - I have earned it)
c) I know what the SLI will be (and can therefore project my career expectations).
d) the JCBA has decent scope clauses (so I know I won't get "outsourced" just as soon as mgmt can do it).

Bottom line is I would love to find myself back at a QUALITY UAL/CAL merged company with decent pay, decent career expectations, doing something that I've missed, was good at, and loved doing. I wouldn't mind at all flying one of those new 737 Max's that are coming (assuming I could be left seat in it before I die/retire!).
