I'd say the latest 19 OCT rumor comes from the fact that the CAL MEC at least has "TENTATIVE MEC MEETING" blocked off on the OCTOBER schedule until the 18th.

Not sure if any weight should be put on that.

Standard practice. They are in session the entire BOD. They meet every day until the BOD starts and then every morning and evening. If the TA comes out they will likely stay in Florida in session for review.
