Easier said than done! The problem came when everyone's progress slowed to a stop. If you are a RJ CA, making good money, good schedule and there is just about no hiring and no progress where there is hiring, how can someone justify the huge hit in salary and schedule to move? Also, moving to the ME isn't all that easy, either.
I read loads of resumes from senior RJ pilots looking to move to corporates, few are competitive.

Why would someone justify the move with a cut in pay and schedule? Easy! To keep from losing a job when the airline shuts down!
