I would be as honest as I can and explain the situation during interview.
Below is a copy from application:
______________________________
Criminal Information:
In the past ten (10) years, have you ever been convicted of a crime involving a felony, misdemeanor, infraction, or violation of any law?
Please exclude all traffic violations.
Driving History:
Please enter
any information concerning driving violations. Include
all infractions involving payment of fines, court appearances, and/or assessed penalties. If none, please continue to the next page.
For each violation, complete the form below and click the Add button to record the information.
Criminal Driving Record:
Please enter
all criminal driving activity below and click the Save Changes button to record your information.
_______________________________
For all your "criminal info" anything above 10 years is excluded per application requirements.
However, for your driving record I would include anything you can remember.
Apply for NDR and see what is indicated. Local DMV will only indicate state violations, NDR will include all states.
If it doesn't show up, it's your call, how much or how little you want to put on your application.
