Of course. It's paid for, you receive a healthy reliable check and quality time. It hurts the taxpayers but if you go through it then you've gotten a great deal.
Just like states offering type ratings as part of the whole unemployment situation. Absolutely horrible use of national money but if you are one of the people taking advantage of it then it's an absolutely sweet deal.
