How much should an Office manager Make?
I constantly read on these forums that Good wages make a better more
productive employee.
Gee isn't that what we always say about ourselves?
Pilots are highly skilled and deserve to be paid god wages.....right?

I guess that doesn't apply to our own employees.

You want bad service, cut their wages and reduce benefits.
