So a guy doing office work and having dinner dates has more responsibility than a guy flying 300 souls on a 12 hour flight?

Despite the rhetoric, of course the ALPA head should get paid a bit more than a line pilot.

If you buy into your line of thinking, you get to jump on the bandwagon of people that thing that all pilots are way overpaid busdrivers.

"A bit more" is one thing, but what they actually get is something else and considering the ROI for virtually every airline pilot under their purview for the last 15 years, I think it's quite obscene. It matters little as IMO, PCL is really part of the problem, so convincing him of anything is like debating youth counseling with Charles Manson. I'll bet the clueless pups who don't get it now will be howling the loudest after the TWA damages phase when the Herndon Hounds come barking back for more.....................a lot more.
