I agree 100%. I want my upgrade when my time comes.. Just like every guy before me had his chance. I do not want it 5 years later because the guys before me NOW want to change the rules that they themselves had to live by. Rules are rules. Or should we scrap our time honored seniority system and just allow our Flt Mgrs to appoint the next round of Captains based on who they like/know??? Maybe do the same with our sched's?
