I really appreciate the help.

Really nice and established neighborhoods around Johnson Park and Memphis National. There are new homes going up further north along Wolf River parkway and also along Bray Station north of Frank. Really nice and high end with prices around 120/sq ft.

Schools are great in Collierville. Tara Oaks elementary is rated one of the best elementary schools in the state located on the far NE side of Collierville.

STAY AWAY from area south of Poplar period and that goes for the rest of Memphis too. Builders are giving bonuses to buy those homes because they can't sell them due to the area.

If you are staying in Shelby County I would take Collierville over any other part of town hands down. Otherwise, Fayette county is the place to go. I think Rossville will be exploding in the next 5-10 years as a good place to go.

Generally, you are safe in Collierville anywhere North of Poplar.

Good luck in your search
