Republic certificate? Doubtful. The Q400 was an incredible headache to setup. I doubt they are going to migrate those planes to Shuttle's cert.

And the 190 operation is a small fraction of the fleet. If you ignore the 190s, ignore the Q400, the Republic certificate is still the biggest by a good margin. In any event, I may be biased, but no way Shuttle is the last brand to survive at Republic Holdings.

Oh, and the CHQ restructuring is largely complete. There is no separation taking place, nor was that part of the plan.
