Well my info may not be solid. I asked in the UAL/CAL forum on here. It looks like they cut & paste DAL scope, so I'm thinking it's likely 86,000 lbs. Skywest & TSH management are probably just banking on scope caving.

The MRJ doesn't look like a good product. Most aircraft come in heavier then planned/advertised.
