People in rah are always really nice. I have never had issues with captains or crews i have flown with. Some people treat schedulers like crap which makes me sad because they deal with the sh!t they are handed.

On the other hand tou always have to watch your six:
- payroll is a joke. Your paychek will be a joke month after month.
- training deparemt people are nice but its extremely disorganized. You wont get training hotel / flight until last minute or sometimes not even until you get to stl/ind.
- there is a certain scheduling manager that will play mind games sometimes trying to get you assigned stuff that legsl per faa but illegal per contract .
- i am sure if it wasnt for the Qs they would have furloughed people this fall as well.
- we have a ceo that gets job done but only to his benefits. He talks about the impact of Sandy on his memo bit fails the recognize the loss of employees because of lack of cancellation pay.
- right now company is offering $30/hr extra pay to q captains because they are so short but they would not do the right thing and upgrade more people.

People rhat you work with are great all overworked and underpaid.

There are better companies out there to work for (and there are worse ones too) . Chose wisely
