So whats the scoop? Some folks are telling me that I need to get this ROP for the airlines. I didnt see it listed in the requirements for FDX or UPS. I'm going to see if I can get one anyway but does anyone know if this is a requirement to have or not? I've been flying both domestically and internationally for several years and never had one. Do they give the military guys a pass on this or what?? Thanks for any info
