Why do pilots underrate themselves?

If you are typed in two airplanes then you should be paid a premium above the larger rate airplane. You must keep current and knowledgeable in two airplanes. Please tell me that worth something to you?

If your CEO runs his company and then sits on the board of another does he not get paid a little extra?
