I think you're referring to the line construction language regarding open reserve lines. It's just about how many open reserve lines are published. Doesn't have anything to do with staffing.

That is already spelled out in the JCBA LOA #2. It does not restrict CCI pilots from flying 767 trips, it only fences off the CVG 757 flying while the CCI 757 pilots are being cross-trained. For each CCI crew qualified on the 767, one CVG 757 line is opened up for bid by dual-qualified 767 crews. LOA #2 limits fence to one year but it starts dismantling on its own as soon as the first CCI crew is cross-trained.

So what's the story with the 727s? The news story says that they're all being parked in less than six weeks. You say that's not true. Where does that come from?
