you tell me that their are reserve lines required I tell you everyone is flying, no reserve lines, but your saying that their wont be a need to increase crews.
Read the JCBA language yourself. If management doesn't want reserve crews in CVG then there's nothing in the JCBA that will force them to put reserve crews in CVG.
