If you fly multiple airplanes as a CFI, they will probably ask you which one you want to talk about. I would suggest the twin, and bone up just like for a cfi checkride, that way you'll impress them.

Don't forget Jepps...you will be asked to read and explain enroute, DP, STARS, and approach charts. Study the Jepp legend to the point of exhaustion (skip the international crap), and make sure you understand transitions and final approach fix nuances. Also understand altitudes and airspeeds on DP/STARs, and when they apply.
