I just succesfully interviewed with Xjet and my main tip to you is to read the gouges from willflyforfood.cc and airlineinterviews.com, they were spot on. Study the legends at the front of the Jepp binder, brief as many approaches as you can get your hands on and re-read some chapters in the Jepp Instrument Commercial Manual. Know the systems in your current aircraft just as the gouges say.

Contrary to a post above, they DO ask about international Jepps since they operate to quite a few international routes. There really is no need to seek out Mexican approach plates as they use the same symbology as here in the US.
