I interviewed with XJT. They are a great company, hopefully everything works out for them. On my interview all the system questions i got were what determines VMC and Single-engine service ceiling, a couple Captain questions. But the thing that they really drill you on is the Jepp charts. Try and get your hands on some Mexico jepp charts and know them inside and out. Jeppesen sells a little 250 page book that for about $5.00 bucks which was a life saver for me since all i have ever used were NOS. Good luck.
