Regardless of any sort of tactics being used , it would be hard to dispute the fact that areas of the contract need improving so why not send it back and get something better ???
If I were a CAL pilot it would certainly be easier for me to consider "sending it back" because my family would have much less to lose if the worst case scenario plays out. But, I'm not and we do.
