There are loads of turboprop gigs in Asia, some in Japan, maybe even China in RJs. It would be a bit of a culture shock, but you would build your time quickly and make some really decent coin in the process.

The international experience would also look really good in your resume, just as important as multi time if you ask me. Especially if your ultimate goal is to get on with HAL.

So don't restrict yourself to such a small market. Globalization is here, and pilots are in demand if you expand your boundaries.
