There are thousands of young guys flight-instructing, flying cargo in C402s who would agree to any salary inorder to fly a jet. These kids won't fly a jet for free because of the stigma that comes with that, but short of that, they'd take anything.
If that were true there wouldn't be regionals right now offering signing bonuses.
