The only reason I don't like it, is because we are going to be providing an inferior product to our customers. No offense to Express Jet, but I flew the E-145 in a past life and I still commute on it regularly. I can honestly say it's the most uncomfortable aircraft I have had the pleasure to ride on. The good news is that Embraer is picking up the tab, and we are not going to be cancelling flights to fix these problems with the E190. Thanks for being so concerned.
