What about those hired after 10/11/11? No flow thru at all?
Nope... that award is in exchange of AA getting all our airplanes, they used it also to get more people in property. It's too bad that we don't have seniority number at AA.
Anyone hired after 10/11/11 won't have preferential hiring. Anyway, I'm around 2400ish number in AE and before I can go to AA I would have to wait at least 4 to 5 years of constant movement.
I'm out of Eagle once some hire me, I'm not going to wait to get a call from AA (which can get my whole career).
