A jet is a jet, who cares how big it is or how far it flys. PIC time is not SIC time. Always take the upgrade. I'd hire a B1900 CA pilot before any jet FO. A widebody FO is the worst pilot out there. I was so lazy and stupid on the 777. At least a Saab captain is flying a plane.
