The reg says you need the name, that should be enough.
If the FAA needs to find the person, how they do it is their problem.
If they suspect fraud they would have to prove that every person with that same name in their registry was NOT your SP on the day in question.

Some of you guys go way further with stuff that you need to or should! Providing extra information will not make you look good to the FAA if they are investigating you! Just follow the regs and you will be fine. The way it looks to me is you can't follow direction when you feel the need to go above and beyond.
