You ask, "what could be done to show the LUAL side that this is not the case?". Well, IAH union rep, Ben Salley, made a statement a couple of days ago that he would resign before he took any of LUAL's rightful flying. That's a pretty gutsy statement considering that in 8.5 months LUAL will be getting 737-900ER's. An aircraft for which we have 0 simulators, 0 instructors, 0 training syllabus, and 0 payscales. I'm pretty sure that training will be done in IAH with or WITHOUT us if this TA fails.
