The price of the product has little to do with the service some companies provide. The last 30 years of observing some US business practices are allowing some US businesses to seek their own levels such above or in the garbage can. Its difficult to blame businesses overseas for businesses in the US not doing well. Some US businesses are not very good; one of them happens to be airline industry for a variety of reasons in which mirrors some other US businesses in general.
