I know the culture of accountability and admitting mistakes no longer exists, in this country, at the individual level nor the corporate level aka Big Legacy Airline Management. "Our customer service sucks, we need to improve" will never be mouthed. Of course, is Hurricane Sandy's fault, Qantas fault, SWA fault, Amtraks fault (for taking airline pax), etc it is
somebody's fault that (insert legacy airline here) is ranked poor by the traveling public. Now it is CBPs fault. But its never
