I would be careful with this one, from my experience the jumpseat ANC-OAK does not have any bank value. However if you found a ticket that is legal to be built as the scheduled flight I would call CRS and tell them there is a ticket open and to revise your trip and get it. If the flight you want from ANC-LAX is not legal then it is a pure deviation and I would recommend considering only your bank from the OAK-LAX flight as what you have to spend. If you enter a missing travel bank in FOX I would wait for the approved or more likely disallowed reply to ensure you dont overspend.
May have changed since it happened to me but good luck and hope it works out differently for you.
