Hauptman, that is about when I got mine. I completed it within a few days and got a call on 2/2. The problem I had was that the link would not work. It wasn't till I forwarded it to another email address that the link worked properly. I feel for you hanging for so long. I think its needless to ask, but have you checked your spam filters?
Yes, thanks for that, I have but don't see anything there. I also sent & forwarded it to the wife's email and nothing there either. Don't know, just don't want to be left by the wayside.
