For What they do offer is a lot of lies about being able to fly 100 hours a month, turbine time and high pay. That, and you've gotta jump through a lot of hoops getting standardized. They've made it easier on people this year because they were running out of instructors, but as you know they like to hire double what they need and fire around half.
Ouch I left there due to medical issues due to the fact I wasn't flying that much. They gave me four students and it wasn't enough to live. Then they came up with the salary idea but you needed 1k hours. I was at 800. So I went home got my masters degree and then after that I moved to San Diego where I am able to fly more often with 8 students.
