If it does happen here at XJT I would vote no. I already gave 6 percent of my pay for a failed management project (voted no for that), and I can't afford to keep paying for managements contracts with razor thin margins. They signed them, not me.
In the end I don't care how PNCL voted. That's their airline, not mine. I keep hearing how great of a job we are doing here at XJT and I expected to be compensated for it. If you can't make that happen, well......Flame on! Burn it down and I'll see you at the reunion parties.
