Flying should be back at mainline. Period. There will be growing pains associated with the shift, but taking a paycut is just one of them. I willingly admit that taking a 9% paycut at a regional and having a segway to a major is worth it. I 100% agree with you. The only crap part is, Mainline will probably outsource more feed to larger RJs as retirements start to come into play... I hope I am wrong, but I think it's a good possibility to see more and more trans con flights being flown by larger RJs while mainline focuses primarily on international flights.
