Plus is the FCOM revision even in place? This plane is EADI/EHSI like 712AX but is the Fast/Slow EADI (712AX was Speed Tape and PEGASUS FMC). I doubt they are going to spend all the time and money to put IS&S in it.
There is no need for any FCOM change for this plane. It's the same confit as 712 like you said and all our guys did the differences back when we were flying it.
