5K in 13 years is awesome, but almost non-existent in fighters anyway. But for these guys it's not so much about working on their career as it is about available lines to fly. It's only getting worse, especially if they go through with the 20% reduction in flying hours AF wide.

Unless you're a Guard AGR, it's one of the best kept secrets of the military.
We also have guys jumping off AD into our sq at 12+ years because they can't deal with the BS anymore.
