"still many ABX captains doing 300K" is a bit of a stretch...I think at any airline you have a few guys that "*****'" themselves out but most are in the 180-200 range and that is only because of vbb and screw-up pay...ie..carryover days..training on days off or the odd JRM. The company loves the few that do not put a value on their home life and are willing to do the work of 1.5 pilots and work 25 days a month and only have to pay benefits/training/retirement for 1.
