How can republic offer conditional employment to atp students. Is the 1500 hour requirement being waived for them? Is atp being considered an aviation university now? Wouldnt surprise me.
The candidates graduate from ATP and instruct with them until reaching the 1500 hours at which time they "flow thru" to Republic. At least that's my vague understanding of what I read.
