There's a huge difference between minimums and what is competitive. If you believe you don't need TPIC to be competitive, you're dreaming.

Are there exceptions that get through without it? Sure, but they're just that, the exceptions...

I read a post that said Endeavor just told DAL that they could not do the flying that DAL had programmed for them.

Atlas has hired several without TPIC. A few of them were too young for the full ATP.

Yea but I know guys who upgraded on a Tprop for the pic and theyve been passed over for FOs with jet sic so be careful of absolutes-Its a different time in aviation.
