Serious question. If there is such a small pool of candidates right now. Why would eagle or another airline decline people of getting hired? I really don't think that there is a small pool.
The pool of candidates is not small...YET
Not to mention these airlines have to have standards. They would waste tons of cash trying to train people who can't make it through training.
