Funny, but way off target...
The L-UAL TRO was just lifted, and the lessons on union/company communication are still fresh.
The type of "emotional distress" the company was cautioned over, was the same type that occurred in SFO during the summer of 2000.
Having UCH send L-CAL 737's into what was one of the largest L-UAL 737 domiciles JUST prior to our two groups completing an ISL, may trigger an event the company would rather avoid.
Read it for what it really is... Now we don't go sending flowers and get well cards to everyone here at L-CAL who calls in sick, do we?
