Does anyone know the best way to copy and paste a resume into the text box that so many companies require? My resume is a word doc and has some formatting (tables etc) it always gets totally messed up when I copy it into the text box on the website. They should just let you upload the file...
Dont drive yourself crazy. Most HR folks know that this happens when copying a resume to the web app. Just be sure its easy to read and understand.
