Part 135 Takeoff Performance Question
For a 135 ops cargo jet, does it still need to comply with the Net Takeoff Flight Path? Meaning does it need to comply with at V1 assuming engine failure, clear obstacle of 35ft and continue to climb to 400ft accelerate and climb to 1500ft? Under Part 25, a transport category aircraft falls in this category. And since Transport Category is defined as anything over 12,500lbs, turbojet, or turbojet requires 2 crew members.
I say yes it does need to comply while someone else I know says it doesn't.
What would you say?
