Sounds like you need to read it again. AE is to release at least 20/month, but is not contractually required to release more. AA will make its best effort to offer and AE its best effort to release. Aside from the fact AA and AE management are essentially one and the same, the only contractual REQUIREMENT is for 20/month. Anything more is a subjective standard determined at the whim of one party - AA/AE.
