No. Not even 1 hr less than ATP mins.

The reason as per the recruiter is that they have to spend 2 training cycles for 1 pilot if they take anyone with less than ATP mins now & then put the same guy for PIC ride in June / July.

Sim space is scarce & it costs more money to them, so a short & sweet answer in one word was being given to everyone less than ATP mins.
