just pretend for a moment you just fly your line and nothing more, Your getting ZILCH! no pay raise nada/zip.....like I said before, if none of you guys fly a JA the company would need to hire more pilots, pay their salaries/benefits etc...instead you pick up JA trips and the company only has to pay 44% extra, which is still way cheaper than what they would have to pay for more pilots. Management at JB are laughing all the way to the bank!
by the way what was the JA override before this bump in pay?

In 5 and a half years I have never been JA'D. I only flew 750 some hours and made over 180K last year and over 200K the year before. I am sick and tired of you guys who think we roll over play dead and get payed nothing. I know I am senior and other junior guys don't have the same opportunities to "work the pay plan" like I do but it will come. I know you guys also don't understand about our management. Hell, I wouldn't believe it either before I came here but it is different. Is it perfect? NO WAY! But it is better than most and when it isn't we will take care of our business.
Cut us some slack brother.
