just pretend for a moment you just fly your line and nothing more, Your getting ZILCH! no pay raise nada/zip.....like I said before, if none of you guys fly a JA the company would need to hire more pilots, pay their salaries/benefits etc...instead you pick up JA trips and the company only has to pay 44% extra, which is still way cheaper than what they would have to pay for more pilots. Management at JB are laughing all the way to the bank!
by the way what was the JA override before this bump in pay?

In 5 and a half years I have never been JA'D. I only flew 750 some hours and made over 180K last year and over 200K the year before. I am sick and tired of you guys who think we roll over play dead and get payed nothing. I know I am senior and other junior guys don't have the same opportunities to "work the pay plan" like I do but it will come. I know you guys also don't understand about our management. Hell, I wouldn't believe it either before I came here but it is different. Is it perfect? NO WAY! But it is better than most and when it isn't we will take care of our business.
Cut us some slack brother.

Double diget,
I really don't mean to come across as some d%#ckhead, but the fact that some early posters on this thread were overcome with joy and smug satisfaction over a small increase in JA pay was laughable. Your W-2 sounds real good, but remember due to your seniority, your able to manipulate scheds to make that kind of dough, too bad you guys can't do that by just flying your line and nothing else. Hopefully one day you will! that is the goal, hell if I wanted I can easily top $300,000 but flying open-time or JA's isn't my gig

We will be there some day I assure you!
There is already talk of JAPA (Jetblue Airways Pilots Association) among many of us and if things do not continue to improve it will be sooner than later. These things take time and there is still a lot of trust with our management. They as they always do will step on it some day and when they do ....look out!

Spirit pays 200% to guys who get JA'd, and they can only be JA'd by answering their contact phone numbers on file. (no ACARS, Flt op as you get off the AC,...).
This is to keep the airline "properly" staffed. Doesn't seem to work though.

From what I have heard, the 80 guys are getting called on ALOT!!! They are VERY short on FOs.
I am now on the AB, and there's not an open trip to be found.
The unfortunate thing is, if they hire people for the 80, they will have to furlough them in a few months when they (80s) are gone.
The training for the Airbus is at max capacity from what I know (which isn't much)
