You guys DON"T GET IT!!!!

This just goes to show how clueless you guys are!, Your bragging about what a good deal this is, essentially your getting paid a LITTLE more for working overtime!!!!!! You know, OVERTIME!!! work above and beyond what you should be doing!! If you guys had a clue, none of you would work overtime /JA forcing Neelman to hire more pilots, instead he gets you to work on days off, for only 44% more, which is still 56% cheaper than hiring a new pilot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys are amazing!!!! the downfall of the industry!!!

Vito,

Sounds great, but we are already training about as many as our school house will allow right now. Besides, or crews per airplane ratio is higher than most.

Kozak,

Had I written WAR AND PEACE itself you'd still find issue with it, and you know it.

Respectfully,

Double diget,

I understand, but your still working on days off, and essentially jumping through hoops whenever the company calls, to get a 44% override!
just pretend for a moment you just fly your line and nothing more, Your getting ZILCH! no pay raise nada/zip.....like I said before, if none of you guys fly a JA the company would need to hire more pilots, pay their salaries/benefits etc...instead you pick up JA trips and the company only has to pay 44% extra, which is still way cheaper than what they would have to pay for more pilots. Management at JB are laughing all the way to the bank!
by the way what was the JA override before this bump in pay?

Exactly,, and the money the company would have paid to another pilot in wages and benefits comes back to me as profit sharing.
