I would not wear a suit or even the blue blazer (unless you just hopped out of your Gulfstream) and also leave the epaulets at home. I would suggest Business Casual, though there is no clear definition of that... A pair of Kahki's and a golf shirt would be the low end. I would go with something like grey slacks (with cuffs) and a plaid shirt that is not too loud, sleeves dependant on the Wx, black belt and leather shoes. I know a guy that got a great flying job and interviewed wearing shorts and a tee shirt, but I ain't that good!
